Psalm 116:7 'Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.'

- Sometimes life can leave us rattled and disturbed.
- We must keep reminding ourselves of His goodness towards us.
- We should move from a place of distress to a place of resting.
- Return to your rest, the Lord has and will be good to you.

PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for allowing myself to become anxious and distressed. I know that You will care for and provide for me, so I rest in You today. Amen.
