You will often find that the world does not crumble when you are resting. Others will move in to take care of those details that you think cannot be done without you.

God wants you to know that ... every little part of you is magical.

Yes, even the parts that hurt, even the ones that are feeling disease right now. It's alright to love what is in pain. More than alright, that's exactly where your love is needed the most. So why not touch that part that hurts and smile at it, at yourself through it, and whisper: "I love you."

God wants you to know that ... although forgiveness is very hard, it is necessary.

Holding onto anger and old hurts hardens your heart and hurts only you. Ask for help in letting go of the anger. Ask to see the situation through the eyes of compassion. Allow yourself to feel the lightness of forgiveness.

God wants you to know that ... every moment is an opportunity for you to be happy.

You know how sometimes it seems that life is just throwing you one curved ball after another? Well, guess what, - you have a great way to respond! - you can use every opportunity, every single one, to be happy. Don't just take a shower - feel into and receive pleasure from the water on your skin. Don't just walk on the street - enjoy the fragrances of the trees and the flowers on your way. Don't just drive your car - sing karaoke to your favorite radio station.

God wants you to know that ... everything has seasons.

What you are struggling with the most right now is in its winter season. Spring will come soon enough. What brings you most happiness is in its summer season. Fall will come soon enough. Live wise in this understanding.

God wants you to know that ... there is much more good in this world than bad.

Don't let the media fool you. There are kind, good-hearted, generous, loving people all over this world. They just don't get nearly as much attention as the 'bad guys'. Remember that there is goodness and love all around.

God wants you to know that ... you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Trust in God that everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be. Just as a child has to pass through a tiny channel on its way from the womb into life, so are you on your way to God.

God wants you to know that ... doubt is the rust of life.

Doubt holds you landlocked in paralysis unable to move either way. The time you spent doubting is the time you are not alive. So, rid yourself of the doubt, take that step one way or another, your heart knows what is best, but take it right now.

It is a gift; all you need to do is open up your heart and accept. And pass it on.

God wants you to know that ... decision is only wishful thinking until you take that first irreversible step.

You can tell yourself that you have already decided, that nothing now can stop you, but if that step backwards is so much safer than step forwards, what will hold you true to your path when the going gets tough? Sometimes, the right thing to do is to take that first irreversible step, the one after which you cannot go back. And now, for you, is one of those times.

Yes, it hurts when the things or the people we love are taken from us. Make your peace with loss. Nothing lasts forever. Like the trees in autumn, you too must learn to shed your attachments and start afresh.

God wants you to know that ... inevitable is best accepted with serenity.

There are times when you absolutely see no solution. When you've thought and thought and prayed and prayed; when you've sat still in meditation listening for an answer and still no answer comes. There are times when it's okay to just surrender.

God wants you to know that ... when the world seems crazy, chaotic, destructive, you can choose to create your own world of peace and love.

You do not have to immerse yourself in the illusion of craziness. You can create your own heaven on earth by being kind, surrounding yourself with good people, and nurturing the earth.

God wants you to know that ... we all need the validation of love to feel safe, secure, and at home in this world.

Don't withhold your love and appreciation. Love abundantly.
