ACTIONS, WORDS AND THOUGHTS

There is so much we have to do in life, it's hard to make sure we get it all done. We have to work. We have bills to pay. We have people to meet. So many things to do. With all the things there are to do, it is only a matter of time before something gets forgotten. It's only a matter of time before we get tired. It's only a matter of time before we begin slacking. However, whether we are busy or not, our actions, thoughts and words need to be pleasing to God and bring Him glory.

1 Peter 4:11b "Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen." (NLT)

Dear Lord, we know we get busy. We know our actions, words and thoughts are not always pleasing to You. Help us to do what You have called us to do with the energy and strength You supply. And when we do this, we know we will bring glory to You. You deserve all the glory for who You are and what You do through us. We want our actions, our words and our thoughts to be pleasing to You in all we do. In Jesus' name. Amen.

We all have things to do. Things we want to do or things we have to do. And we should bring glory to God when we do them.

There may be a time when we forget to do something we have on our list, but we should never forget to give God the glory.

1 Corinthians 10:31 "So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." (NLT)

Focus: In all we do, let's remember our words, actions and thoughts should bring God glory.
