HOW GOD WORKS

When we focus on doing God's will and obey Him in faith, He will use us for His glory and prepare us for that next learning opportunity and growth. Sometimes God speaks to us to go and do something we don't understand; however, when we go and do it we see it not only helped us to grow but also helped others to better know Him. Sometimes God speaks to us at the same time He is speaking to another. He brings us together to do even greater things because of our differences in our talents and knowledge. God wants us to embrace the differences of others and work with them to serve Him.

Isaiah 45:15 "Truly, O God of Israel, our Savior, you work in mysterious ways." (NLT)

Dear Lord, we know You work in mysterious ways. You bring two completely different people together to do good work for You. You use people in ways we can't even imagine to do good works to help others in the most unusual circumstances. We pray we will embrace the differences of others and know we are called to serve You despite how different we are from them. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Sometimes God speaks to us to go and do something we don't understand. That doesn't mean we don't do it. We pray and we go ahead in faith.

God brings together those with different skills and talents to do greater things than we could not have done alone.

God can use two completely different people to share His same word with others.

God can use us to share His word with those who are different from us.

When we have an experience we know is a God experience, we are to share it with others so they will know how great He is.

Acts 11:18a "When the others heard this, they stopped objecting and began praising God." (NLT)

Focus: Pray, read God's word and be ready to go when He calls us to go. Don't let the differences of others keep us from sharing His word.
